About this calculator
This age calculator works out your exact age in years, months and days. It correctly handles leap years and different month lengths, and tells you how long until your next birthday.
How it works
The calculator subtracts the birth date from the comparison date field by field (year, month, day). If the day difference is negative, it borrows the number of days in the previous month. Total days are counted from calendar dates in UTC so that daylight-saving changes cannot affect the result.
